($58/individual/ 5 week session)

Belly Dance I- Intro/ Beginner Tuesdays, 7:45pm -8:45pm at Open Door Studios in Plaza-Midwood Wednesdays, 6:30pm-7:30pm at Dancers Unite in Dilworth
Belly Dance II- Intermediate (Mondays, 8:15 - 9:15pm, ODS)
Belly Dance III- Upper Level Intermediate (Invitation Only: Tuesdays, 6:30pm-7:30pm at Kinetic Works)
____________________________________________ CLASS POLICIES - Please read before registering:
--Class size is limited, registration is "first come, first served".
-- Students may make-up a missed class in a lower level or at an alternate location within the same session. Classes may not be transferred without instructor permission prior to missing classes.
--To participate in Level 2, student MUST have
completed at least five complete Level 1 sessions (approximately 6 months)
and have Naima's permission to move up.
(If level 1 has been completed with another
instructor, please contact Naima for placement- not all teachers teach the same material in Level 1)
--Class Attire: Please wear comfortable clothing
that you can move in but that is not overly baggy; you should be able to see movement in your torso if you look in a mirror. You may dance
barefoot or in soft-soled dance shoes (no black crepe-soled shoes please, as they may damage the dance floor). You may wish to wear a scarf around your hips to accent movement, but this is not required.
--Level 1 students are required to have zills.
--Level 2 students are required to have veils.
--Level 3 students are required to have canes.
(Required items, hip scarves, and other attire are
available locally at The Belly Dance Shop)
--Observations: Observations may be scheduled
ahead of time for the 5th class of each session ONLY
--Late Registration & Fee Policy:
If registering after the first class of the session,
there is a $15 late fee in addition to the pro-rated cost
of the remaining classes in the session. If you have
not taken with Naima before, you MUST register before
the second class of the session.
--Returned Check Fee: $29 in addition to the session cost for all returned checks.
-- Please note that there are no refunds after the first class of the session.
